Before you message
Most problems are solved in minutes if you include these:
- Which product, and which version of it.
- Your Unreal Engine version.
- What you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
- The Output Log if there is an error. Window, then Output Log.
What we help with
- Setup and installation. Plugin will not enable, project will not build, nodes missing.
- Engine upgrades. Migrating a product to a newer Unreal version.
- Bugs. If it does not do what the documentation says, that is on us and we will fix it.
- Order problems. Download link not working, wrong item, duplicate charge.
- Pre-purchase questions. Ask before you buy. We will tell you honestly if a product is not the right fit for your project.
