This policy explains what we collect when you buy from Black Scar Studio, and why.
What we collect
- Order details. Your name, email and billing address, so we can process the order, issue an invoice and give you access to your downloads.
- Account details. If you create an account, your email and password so you can log back in and re-download your purchases.
- Technical data. Standard server logs, used for security and diagnosing faults.
Payments
We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment provider, who processes them directly. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Why we keep it
To deliver what you bought, to give you continued access to updates, and to meet accounting and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Nobody, beyond the payment provider and the hosting service needed to run this store. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Your rights
